Inspired by an early Paris morning when the streets are filled with the aroma of freshly baked delicacies.

The richness of poached pear spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg + vanilla coated in a brown sugar and orange zest glaze makes for a meltingly smooth ode to traditional french pastry.
