This dress is made from a light weight cotton organdy fabric, which is intentionally stiff. It can be worn in all seasons. The waist line sits under the bust with the back falling at the waist, giving a taller slimming look. It has side pockets, double stitching and a tiny collar.  It is a fun, easy piece to wear over our Tutu or a plain slip.
